This kind of grid reveals the structure of the original building, built in the 1970s, and minimizes the energy consumption.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The usable are, of 3,979.18 sqm, is distributed in four floors, with stores towards the street and in the first level, and offices in the remaining ones, all crowned by a landscaped terrace.
